another bad day

Feeling pretty awful again today. I'm out of iron, and not one pharmacy in town can refill it for me. My doctor was out of the office all day, so I didn't want to switch to otc iron without consulting her. Despite being on bp medicine my bps have been getting a little higher each day. Today I had 3 that were above the cover line of what my doctor said was the criteria for starting the medicine. And that's with resting all the time. I just took a nap (from 8-9:30pm,who knows what that'll do to me sleep schedule) when I woke up and took it it was 146/91. Not good. I have a dr appointment tomorrow, hopefully she can help.
